This one of a kind crane pontoon has a huge range of applications. With a draft of only 175mm it can provide shallow water lifting operations, marine works from piling, scour protection, general marine/civil works and more. Mounted on its current pontoon of 12m x 6m it has a deck load capacity of 22 tonnes with a draft of 480mm when fully loaded.
The Heila Marine Crane has 4 auxiliary services on the boom tip with quick release connections to run hydraulic attachments, with proportional control levers at the main pedestal for operation. Attachments available including hydraulic Grab Bucket, Rotator, Pile Driver and more.
Once the crane is in the folded position the whole base and frame can be hydraulically tilted on its side to get under lower bridges then returned to its operating position in minutes.
Ultra-shallow draft allows us to access places others cannot reach. Can be mobilised by water or dismantled for road transport to site, crane can self-load and service its working deck
