STRAUB GRIP is the latest addition to the coupling programme, as the replacement to the STRAUB GRIP-L pipe coupling offering two (2) bolt closing from OD 21.7 to 711.2mm, great number of intermediate OD sizes, and higher pressure rating. Suitable for joining all metal pipes, and rigid plastic such as ABS & PVC pipes, as the closing bolt torque levels are very low making it ideal in joining aluminium & copper tubes, as well as other thin walled metal pipes.
Launched in 2017, the STRAUB GRIP pipe coupling has significant application references in potable and waste water treatment applications, industrial process pipe work, offshore platforms, and shipbuilding with and without fireproof FIRE FENCE option to meet IACS fire test rules.
