Forward Looking Sonars (FLS) are aimed to enhance the vessel’s safety in uncharted waters and remote areas by scanning and displaying the seabed in front of the vessel.
The latest version of the FLS 3D Forward Looking Sonar has direct integration to Raymarine Axiom Displays and connects directly to the Raynet with an RJ45 Raynet cable or to any third-party display via its HDMI and VGA video output. This newly designed groundbreaking single transducer unit delivers a high quality 30-degree forward ‘cake’ view of the seabed ahead, enabling an unrivalled 20 x depth ratio, meaning you can see 100 meters ahead with only 5 meters of water underneath your boat! The FLS 3D – 30 Degree displays a 3D visualization of the underwater seabed ahead of the boat giving the skipper ease of mind when navigating poorly or uncharted water.
