Hamilton Jet finalise the sale of their first two shipsets of their LTX53 waterjets to Windcat Workboats at Seawork.
The milestone significantly underscores Hamilton Jet’s commitment to innovation and excellence in marine propulsion technology. The waterjets are destined for a 22-meter European Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) operation, marking a new chapter in their collaboration with Windcat Workboats and contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of maritime operations.
The LTX53 waterjets are designed to provide optimal performance, reliability and efficiency within medium speed applications. These features make them ideal for a variety of marine applications, particularly for Crew Transfer Vessels, which require both efficiency and precision. The LTX53 waterjets are engineered to deliver superior thrust and manoeuvrability, enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the vessels they are fitted to.
The 22-meter CTVs that will be equipped with the LTX53 waterjets are designed to support offshore wind operations. These vessels play a crucial role in transporting personnel and equipment to and from wind farms, often operating in challenging conditions. The efficiency and reliability of the LTX53 waterjets will enhance the safety and effectiveness of these operations, providing Windcat Workboats with a competitive edge
