Nova Scotia-based MetOcean’s two new members of the senior management team are poised to drive MetOcean’s strategic vision and shape the future growth and development of the company.
Mark Kotzer joins the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Lee Foster takes on a new role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), both reporting directly to CEO Tony Chedrawy,
As COO, Mark Kotzer will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and guiding the future growth and development of the company. As a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience in Aerospace and Defence and a Master of Business Administration from the Telfer School of Management, Mark is well-equipped to ensure performance meets operational standards, financial targets, and service level agreements. Mark most recently served as the Director of Business Transformation and Continuous Improvement at Ultra Maritime.

Lee Foster, who joined MetOcean in 2020 as Vice President of Finance and Administration, will now serve as CFO. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a CPA, CMA. Lee plays an integral role in MetOcean’s management team, guiding strategic decisions and leading the company’s financial operations.
