Jotron has acquired AD Navigation, strengthening its position as a global leader in Portable Pilot Units (PPU) and precision navigation.

By integrating AD Navigation’s high-precision portable systems, Jotron expands its maritime portfolio with solutions designed to deliver reliable positioning even during GNSS spoofing or jamming.

The technology has been proven in real-world operations, helping pilots safely guide vessels when standard navigation signals are unreliable. The acquisition adds a new SeaPilot segment to Jotron’s offering and ensures continuity as all AD Navigation employees remain with the company.

Jotron acquired AD Navigation in Dec 2025. The move expands Jotron’s capabilities and reinforces its commitment to maritime security..

Together, the companies combine advanced anti-spoofing expertise with Jotron’s established communication and navigation portfolio, enabling more resilient, secure, and integrated solutions that enhance safety and operational performance across the global maritime industry.
