PRO-SET Formulated Resin Systems, LLC, an Iron Path Capital holding company, announced the aquisition of European-based Wessex Resins & Adhesives Ltd, a leader in the formulation and manufacture of high-performance epoxy. This marks their second acquisition, following Gougeon Brothers, Inc. being acquired in May 2025.

This strategic move drives the global expansion of the combined composite resins and adhesives business into Europe. Wessex has served as Gougeon Brothers' licencing partner in Europe for decades, manufacturing and selling WEST SYSTEM®, PRO-SET® and Entropy Resins® products, alongside it's own branded WRA products. The company manufacturers and markets these global brands throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and parts of Asia.
