INNOVATIONS SHOWCASE

The Innovations Showcase sponsored by SMI, provides visitors with the opportunity to see the latest in equipment, services, projects and vessels that have been introduced to the commercial marine market in the last 12 months.

The high level of innovation and cutting-edge technology is a must-see for all visitors and exhibitors at Seawork. All Innovation entries are displayed on the Innovations Showcase, located in a prominent location at Seawork.

The Seawork Innovation Awards provide an opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their originality, ability to problem solve and make a significant difference to the commercial marine industry with the latest in design and ingenuity. All Innovation Awards are presented at the prestigious Seawork awards, which is held on the opening day of Seawork, at the Waterfront Restaurant.

Each category winner receives an Innovation Award with the overall winner presented with the coveted “Spirit of Innovation” trophy.

All Innovation Awards entries are displayed on the Innovations Showcase in a prominent location at Seawork and are displayed on the website prior to the event and for several months post event. This gives businesses the ability to get their innovations fast-tracked to the forefront of the marine industry.


The high level of innovation and cutting-edge technology is a must-see for all visitors and exhibitors at Seawork, each entry is seen by a wide audience of over 7,500 marine professionals. Each innovation category winner receives a Seawork Innovation Award, with the overall winner presented with the coveted "Spirit of Innovation" trophy at the Seawork Awards ceremony.

HOW DO I ENTER

To enter the Innovations Showcase and Awards, use the button below. Your entry will be displayed on the Innovations Showcase, providing a stage for the latest in equipment, services, projects and vessels in the commercial marine industry.


Anyone can enter the Innovation Awards, exhibitors can enter for free via their online manual and non-exhibitors can click the button below to enter. Non exhibitors are subject to an entry fee of £550.00.


There are just 2 rules to qualify for an entry: The equipment, service, project or vessel (entry) must have been released to market in the period since the last Seawork (10 - 12 June 2025). The entry must be innovative (not simply a product enhancement).


If you have an entry that fits both of the above criteria and want to showcase it to key industry professionals, then make sure you enter the Innovation Awards.
