James has been part of DE&S Boats Team since 2011, and since July 2021 has been Boats Acquisition Group Lead. He and his team are responsible for the procurement of new boat capability on behalf of the team’s wide range of MOD customers, managing relationships with a breadth of domestic and overseas suppliers of various size and capability across the boat supply chain.
