George Smith

Director

Oasis Marine Power

About the Speaker

George has over 30 years marine engineering experience with specialist knowledge in the design of marine structures.  His devotion to elegant engineering saw him completely rethink the design of a marine mooring buoy for the leisure market and to subsequently launch it as a successful product. This design has been developed to form the basis of the Oasis Power Buoy.

George has a passion for innovation and sustainable energy solutions, and he is committed to deliver offshore charging and refuelling infrastructure for the decarbonisation of the Maritime sector.
