Gavin is a Chartered Engineer with over 13 years of experience working within the shipbuilding and offshore sectors, having worked on multiply vessel new build and conversion projects. Gavin has continually increased his responsibilities through his various roles, demonstrating his leadership abilities through the successful project management of several large-scale capex projects for a leading multinational subsea service provider, prior to moving into consultancy. Within Houlder Gavin is now responsible for the management of projects for our clients, specialising in LNG and Battery hybrid conversions and upgrades.
