Matt is COO for XB44 Ltd, specialising in Maritime and Land-Based Security Consultancy, Training, and Investigations. XB44 delivers bespoke solutions to address complex security challenges. 
Matt was the leading author for the Maritime Policing Manual of Guidance 2022 and has over a decade of operational Maritime Policing experience as the team leader for the Hampshire Police Marine Support Unit. He also held national responsibilities as the coordinator for the Police Marine Teams working groups covering Boat Operation and Water Technician work.
Matt was a speaker at Seawork 2023.
