Dmytro is a Master Mariner, PhD, and Senior Lecturer at Warsash Maritime School, Solent University. He leads the Maritime Operations research group and is an active member of the MASS Research Centre, focusing on smart ship and port integration. Holding MSc and BSc degrees with merit and a PhD in Navigation and Motion Control, he brings extensive sea-going and academic experience. Dmytro has developed simulator-based and industry-focused training programs. A certified ISO Lead Auditor, IMO trainer, and QAA expert, he is deeply engaged in maritime education, training, research, and quality assurance across international maritime institutions and organizations.
