Matt Stainsby’s role as senior naval architect has him take the lead on new vessel designs. He works at the head of a team of naval architects and draughtspeople to deliver designs to a high standard. He studied Ship Science at the University of Southampton and graduated in 2011, then moved to Scotland to join Macduff Ship Design in 2012. The degree plus on-the-job training has him well equipped with knowledge of all aspects of vessel design.
