Penny is a Chartered marine engineer with extensive tidal energy experience, from PhD and Post Doctoral research, through to deployment and testing of commercial devices. Her work has been focussed on: site survey and analysis at multiple international sites; on site testing and associated marine activities; and performance analysis and reporting.
