Has been in the Marine logistics industry for 25 years having joined Williams Shipping in 1997.

Is one of the 5th Generation in this family business that was founded in 1894.

Has been actively involved in the Workboat Association as it has evolved from its formative years to the professional industry body it is today.

Has been involved in the operation of a fleet of owned barges , workboats, tugs and launches operating from bases in Southampton and Pembroke Dock and working throughout Northern Europe
