About the Speaker

Jonathan is the Chief Technical Officer at Houlder. Previously the Director of Ship Design and Engineering, He has thirty years’ experience and considerable design experience covering structural, stability and arrangement aspects of the design of new build and modifications/refits. He also has considerable experience of ship construction and modifications both from five years as a class surveyor and over ten years as an Owner’s representative in newbuild and upgrade projects. Most recently, he has led new ship procurement projects for British Antarctic Survey of UK Government, RORO conversions and Reliq plant installations on LNG carriers.
