About the Speaker

Caroline Jupe, CEO of IMRF, leads the organisation with a strong vision and dedication to advancing its mission. An accomplished leader and innovator, Caroline previously served as the IMRF's Head of Fundraising and Projects, where she oversaw the creation, development, and delivery of new programmes, conferences, and events, while successfully securing funding from diverse sources. Caroline brings 16 years of experience in the UK charity sector, having held various fundraising roles at Action on Hearing Loss and The British Heart Foundation. Her commitment to social impact extends beyond the UK, as she spent two years in New York City volunteering on Education, Training, and Employment projects, and managing a library at Rikers Island Jail. Since joining the IMRF in 2016, she has passionately driven new initiatives to support and enhance the experience of its members. With her rich background in leadership, innovation, and community engagement, Caroline continues to strengthen the IMRF’s efforts to ensure safer oceans and waterways worldwide.
