Contracts in UK and Asia

UK-based Kort Propulsion has signed new contracts with UK Shipyards and in Asia. The company was established in 1935 and the new contracts will ensure growth in its market for years to come.

Amongst the new contracts are the supply of a full Propulsion Package of Shafting, Propeller, Kort Nozzle, Tunnel Thrusters, Boxcoolers, Keel Coolers, Hercules Hatches and RotaChocks for new vessels. Macduff Ship Design has been appointed to produce the design for these vessels and Kort Propulsion and Macduff Ship Design UK are working closely together on the new project.

The working partnership offers the company’s clients bespoke, modern, trendsetting, high quality and competitively priced vessels.  

Kort Propulsion also provides powering and performance data calculations for all projects. This service has proved a valuable asset for shipyards, boat builders and vessel designers.
