Seawork is delighted to announce that the 2025 Seawork Women In Marine Industry event will again be held in partnership with WISTA UK and will take place on the afternoon of Tuesday 10 June, the first day of Seawork 2025.
What a year it continues to be for WISTA (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association) as the organisation celebrates its 50-year anniversary in style. Congratulations go to WISTA UK President Monica Kohli who recently became a member of Trinity House’ Younger Brethren and to Captain Louise Sara on being awarded the Merchant Navy Welfare Board's (MNWB) prestigious Merchant Navy Medal - an award given to nine seafarers who support welfare, safety, diversity and inclusion - awarded by the Department for Transport (DfT), UK.
