Griffon Marine has launched Women at Griffon – a new YouTube interview series featuring members of the Griffon Marine team.
Episode 1 featured Head of Shipyard Anna Lambert talking to Kassi, while the just released episode 2 sees Maggie reflecting on her journey, her time at Griffon and some of the highlights and experiences that have shaped her career over the past 16 and a half years.
There isn't one route into engineering or the marine industry. “Through these honest conversations, we want to give teachers, parents, careers advisers and young people a genuine insight into the wide range of rewarding careers available—not only in engineering itself, but across the many disciplines that support it.”
Each short film features a different colleague sharing: 🔹 their journey into Griffon Marine 🔹 what they do today 🔹 where they hope their career will take them
By continuing to share these stories every month, Griffon Marine hopes to inspire more women and girls to see the marine sector as a place where they can build a successful and fulfilling career.
Griffon Marine has built on a legacy of over six decades in amphibious and high-speed vessel design, construction and support to offer unparalleled expertise across three core divisions: Solutions, Shipyard and Support.
