Seawork partner SMI (Society of Maritime Industries) is inviting organisations across the maritime sector to take part in a new Skills and Future Workforce Survey
The SMIFutures survey aims to strengthen the evidence base for future skills and workforce initiatives.
As the industry continues to evolve through advances in autonomy, artificial intelligence, digitalisation and decarbonisation, many organisations are also facing challenges around recruitment, retention and workforce development.
The survey will help SMIFutures better understand current workforce pressures, future skills requirements and the support needed to develop sustainable career pathways across the sector.
The Society of Maritime Industries (SMI) is the trade association for the UK’s maritime engineering, science and technology community - looking to enable maritime organisations of all sizes to thrive.
