Higher and higher

The English Braids team, under strict time pressures, has produced 8000m of 11mm winchline for a ‘very important customer’; the ropes will be used to boost the UK’s pathway to renewables. English Braids manufactures ropes and cords which are used in numerous industries across the globe from sailing and superyachts to subsea tethers and rope access.

Showcasing the breadth of industry use, English Braids also recently announced the winners of its #EBCHALLENGE competition, the stunning images showing the amazing side of #ropeaccess
The winners are:
Allen Davies - Big Ben (England)
Ollie Laker - Waterfall (unknown)
Calum MacDonald - The Kelpies (Scotland)
Gregg Farrell - Eiffel Tower (France)
Clive Bush - Cheddar Gorge (England)
Each of the winners receives a 200m reel of special edition 11mm static rope. See the video here for all the best images and catch the mesmerising dance of the special edition static rope being made;

A busy 2022 has seen a successful year of growth for English Braids. Setting the goals higher for 2023 means the company, headquartered in Malvern, Worcestershire, UK, is now looking for more exceptional people to join the English Braids team in the New Year.
