Nigel Stuart has joined Landau as Group Managing Director, a newly created role for Landau Group.
Nigel will work closely with the leadership teams across Landau Marine, Landau Properties and Landau Haulage, helping to strengthen collaboration across the Group, support operational excellence and drive the next phase of sustainable growth.
Nigel brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the marine, manufacturing and premium luxury sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer care, and delivering sustainable growth.
His marine industry credentials are particularly strong. As Managing Director of Spirit Yachts, Nigel successfully led the company through a transformative period, enhancing operational performance, driving revenue growth and securing a substantial multi-year order book. Prior to this, he spent seven years leading Discovery Yachts, where he oversaw the design, build and delivery of world-class bluewater cruising yachts from the company's Southampton headquarters.
More recently, Nigel has held senior leadership positions with Holland & Holland, the globally renowned British luxury gunmaker, and Energy Solutions UK, where he led business transformation, operational improvement, integration and strategic development programmes. These roles further strengthened his expertise in premium manufacturing, organisational leadership and sustainable growth.
Nigel's blend of marine sector knowledge, commercial acumen and hands-on leadership experience makes him ideally placed to support Landau's continued development as a leading provider of marine services, haulage and property solutions.
