Marine recruitment specialist announces major rebranding

International marine recruitment specialist, Marine Resources, has announced the launch of a comprehensive rebranding, with a fresh look across the company, redefined values, and new client-friendly website.

In response to recent growth and development of the business, the new brand better reflects Marine Resources’ current position as a leading marine recruitment authority for shore-based roles around the world, as James Ward, Managing Director at Marine Resources, explains:

“After more than 16 years of operation, we’ve witnessed the dramatic changes that have taken place across the recruitment industry, reflecting notable shifts within the global marine market. At Marine Resources, we’re constantly evolving, and we needed our brand to better represent who we are today, with an expanding offer, and a growing team of customer-centric professionals, who bring a wealth of market-specific knowledge and experience to everything they do.

“We are very aware that people buy from people, but those essential personal relationships have to be backed up by the right business culture, technology and infrastructure, and all our assets need to be unified behind a well-considered brand experience. With the latest updates, we’ve created an end-to-end value proposition to support our clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process and deliver business and personal success.

“Over the last few years, we’ve seen the complexity and breadth of roles that we are recruiting for expand significantly. As a result, we’re attracting candidates from a more diverse range of industries, working with professionals who have never considered roles within the marine market before. By leveraging both of these trends, whilst maintaining our service-driven approach, combined with an increasing use of market intelligence and trend analysis, we’ve created an attractive offer that we believe is unrivalled in the marketplace.”

The rebranding includes a top-to-bottom redesign of the company’s look and feel, including its website, logo, and related visual communications. In addition, Marine Resources has further defined the organisation’s core values, the principles upon which its team operates, and its commitment to sustainability, developing partnerships with social enterprises relating to the Blue Economy.

"‹Founded in 2003, Marine Resources is recognised as one of Europe’s best shore-based marine recruitment specialists, trusted by leading brands and exceptional candidates across the permanent, contract and executive search sectors. Today, the company manages a 50,000 strong international candidate database and fills over 800 positions each year.
