Meet the MoD & DIT

Seawork 2020 will, once again, feature a strong presence from the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and the Department for International Trade (DIT), giving exhibitors unique opportunities for one - to - one.

The MoD’s Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) encompasses all three UK Armed Services. Its “Boats Team”, responsible for dealing with procurement and through life support of all boats and their equipment, use Seawork as their annual Industry Days to meet with existing and potential clients.

The DIT will be represented by their Export Finance department, able to provide and advise on the funding and support they can offer to UK registered companies involved with export business. DIT cover both commercial and military business including Dual Use. Following Brexit, this may be of particular interest.

MoD Boats team will meet with national and international companies however, the DIT can only meet with UK companies. Both Government Department stands are located in the Atlantic Hall.

Booked exhibitors can access the relevant booking forms for one to one meetings via the online Exhibitor manual. Forms need to be submitted by 24th April 2020.

Processing. Please wait.
