Seawork, Europe’s leading commercial marine and workboat exhibition, is strengthening the team and expanding its programme in preparation for the 28th edition in 2027.
Building on a strong platform for exhibitors, visitors and industry partners, the refreshed Commercial Marine team will place added emphasis on event delivery, operational excellence, content, engagement, careers, innovation, and commercially relevant conference activity.
Fay Reeve has been appointed Seawork Exhibition Director, with responsibility for the delivery and continued development of Seawork. In the role, she will lead the exhibition’s growth and ensure it continues to respond to the changing needs of the commercial marine market.
Ella Davies has been promoted to Senior Operations Manager, with expanded responsibility for Seawork’s operational delivery.
Debbie Mason, Head of Content, will lead closer collaboration between Seawork and Maritime Journal, strengthening year-round content for exhibitors, visitors and the wider commercial marine audience, with a focus on vessel operations.
Fiona Pankhurst, Strategic Engagement Consultant, will coordinate Speed@Seawork and lead Seawork Pathways. This involves bringing together Women in Marine, the Marine Electrical Apprentice & Cadet Competition, Seawork Membership development and Training & Careers.
The wider programme will continue to grow, the seventh year of Get Set for Workboat 2050 is expanding with a fireside-chat series and further conference activity at Seawork.
“Seawork is exceptionally well placed to build on its role at the centre of the commercial marine sector,” said Andrew Webster. “This strengthened team will help us respond to the opportunities ahead and deliver even greater value for exhibitors, visitors and industry stakeholders.”
The changes reinforce Seawork’s commitment to supporting business development, innovation, skills and industry collaboration across the commercial marine and workboat sectors.
