Smooth and safe operators

Responsible for all the safe operations of commercial vessels and interactions between leisure and recreational boats in Cowes, IOW, UK, Cowes Harbour Commission (CHC) relies on its workboats for smooth operations.

Watch the video below to learn how their Diverse Marine-built vessel, HM1, aids the CHC team members in their daily activities.

Advantageous features on this 9m jet rib include a HamiltonJet Drive, which assists manoeuvrability, and a Volvo Penta D4-260 with low emission levels due to the advanced common rail fuel injection design and total electronic control of all engine functions.

Diverse Marine works with world-leading naval architects to produce the vessel designs that meet customer needs; the constantly expanding range includes CTVs (crew transfer vessels), patrol, interdiction & military craft, pilot boats & rescue craft and a wide range of work boats.

Exploring new markets and sectors, Diverse Marine works with clients and suppliers to understand exactly what is required and how new developments can make a real difference.  Seawork covered the company’s involvement in the development and preview appearance of the Seacat Columbia at Seawork earlier this year – click here to read and watch again.
