MIMO Connect will exhibit at Seawork for the very first time, taking its place in the British Superyacht Pavilion, new for Seawork 2026.
Now in its eighth year of business, MIMO Connect was born from founders Jason and Nicci Robinson’s vision and drive to provide truly global connectivity to the superyacht and maritime industry and beyond.
MIMO’s team members are experienced yacht connectivity professionals, with skill sets from shore side support, engineering, and onboard IT experience, and all targeted at providing data solutions for the maritime industry.
In MIMO’s words, “For years, vessels carried racks and racks of satellite TV decoders, region specific boxes, and bulky hardware that swallowed entire AV rooms. Today, that era is ending.
“With cloud-based services, IP streaming, and multi region devices, yachts no longer need mountains of equipment to deliver seamless entertainment. And with LEO connectivity providing affordable, high speed, low latency internet, the shift away from legacy systems is transforming how vessels operate.
“Smaller AV rooms. Lower costs. More capability. A complete game changer for ETOs, AV/IT teams, chief engineers and captains.”
MIMO Connect operates worldwide with vessels and customers across all continents. An extensive network of partners enables the company to offer a robust infrastructure for delivering services and support on a global scale.
