
MMG Ocean returns to Seawork for the first time since winning an ECM Innovation Award for the design of a Vessel to Vessel gangway in 2019, while Ocean Kinetics attends for the first time, demonstrating its innovative marine-related services.
MMG Ocean and Ocean Kinetics have joined forces to highlight the full-service engineering support they provide to the sector; innovative solutions contributing to the advancement of marine projects.
Managing director of MMG Ocean, Martin McGuiness said, “Winning the award in 2019 helped introduce our gangways to an international audience and was the catalyst for our subsequent growth.
“Today, we’re proud to have become one of the leading designers and manufacturers of custom gangways, with its patented unique hinge system.
“We look forward to using our gangway prototype at the show to demonstrate how the design makes crew transfer safer and overall operations more efficent".
The gangways are now installed on the vessels of global companies including several exhibitors at Seawork 2025; ARES Turkey which built Njord Offshore, Svitzer Transverse Tug, and DEME Offshore.
