Seawork newcomer UniSea has announced the signing of a comprehensive Enterprise Agreement with Danish marine contractor Rohde Nielsen, a leader in the dredging segment.
UniSea is a maritime software company based in Skudeneshavn, Norway, and offering a one-stop shop for maritime software, including HSEQ and Planned Maintenance. The agreement with Roehde Nielsen solidifies the partnership between the two companies, expanding the collaboration within the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) and Operations suite.
"We are thrilled to deepen our partnership with Rohde Nielsen and support their ongoing digital transformation," said Dan Andre Aarsvold, Sales Executive at UniSea. "Our software solutions are highly configurable, designed to meet the unique needs of various maritime segments. We are confident that this expanded partnership will add substantial value to Rohde Nielsen's daily operations and safety management processes."
The announcement comes hot on the heels of the signing of an Enterprise Agreement with Norwest Ship Management which is officially adopting UniSea's entire HSEQ software suite across its operations.
Christoffer Bårdsen, HSEQ Manager at Norwest Ship Management, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “We are excited to join forces with UniSea, a recognized leader in HSEQ software solutions. This partnership will further support our strong commitment to safety and operational excellence as we continue to prioritize the wellbeing of our crews, vessels, and the environment.”
