
New Head of Shipyard lands at Griffon Marine
Griffon Marine has appointed Anna Lambert as its new Head of Shipyard.
A strong track record in both defence and commercial environments plus over 20 years of experience across the maritime sector has landed Anna her new role.
Anna’s expertise spans programme delivery and operations, including complex warship and small vessel refits, global in-service support, engineering improvement programmes and the development of autonomous vessels. Her experience includes work on Type 45 destroyer programmes, major cruise fleet enhancements and Special Projects.
Griffon Marine said, “Anna has consistently delivered high-quality outcomes for customers and end users, underpinned by a strong commitment to operational excellence.
“With a commitment to leadership and the development of high-performing teams, Anna has a clear focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. She is also an advocate for Women in Defence and STEM initiatives.”
