Wide range of opportunities, innovations, insights… and some fun
As with every Seawork event since its creation in1998, the 2026 edition will give visitors and businesses an unrivalled opportunity to learn about the latest innovations in the commercial marine sector, develop international relationships, and network with the marine and workboat community.
Over three days, the 27th iteration of Europe's largest on-water commercial marine and workboat exhibition and conference will welcome professionals from 60+ countries, all with insight and expertise to share.
Visitors to Seawork 2026 have various options to follow their area of interest, not least of course among the 400+ exhibitors occupying the Exhibition space and purpose-built pontoons hosting some 70 vessels and floating exhibits.
Of equal value, the Seawork Conference Sessions deliver a varied programme featuring leading expert speakers addressing the latest topical issues shaping the commercial marine industry.
This year’s programme includes Carbon Capture Technologies, Flood Fighters, Robotics and Skills, Autonomy in the Real World, GNSS Interference, the Naval Boat Code and OPS for workboats
Visitors can also take advantage of the dedicated Pavilions and hubs that group exhibitors by sector, country or organisation, and the nine subject-specific themed Trails that will help you navigate your exploration of this year’s exhibition.
New pavilions for 2026 include the Autonomous & Remote-Operated Vessel Pavilion, which will showcase next-generation vessels and control systems, the British Superyacht Pavilion with innovations shaping the industry’s future, and the Polish Pavilion highlighting Poland’s rapidly expanding role in European shipbuilding, advanced marine components, and specialist maritime services.
The Trails cover Aquaculture, Autonomy, Floodfighters, Marine Civils, Marine Renewables, Rib Work, Subsea, Superyacht Connect and Training & Careers.
Another highlight celebrating innovation and success are the Seawork Awards, held on the evening of the opening day. With entries from across Europe, the numerous Awards across a range of categories recognise the depth of excellence across the commercial marine industry.
And on a lighter note – and always a fun, must-see celebration – there is the Seawork Cardboard Boat Regatta, where teams race, or at least attempt to race, boats built entirely of cardboard. A unique event featuring live music, food, and a vibrant quayside atmosphere, this year’s theme is The World Cup – Racing for global glory.
