Smoothing the exhibition pathway

As organisers we are constantly striving to make Seawork one of the easiest exhibitions to attend. Our easy to access online Exhibitor manual helps to achieve this.

Having listened to exhibitor feedback some useful amendments have been made to this year’s manual, making it easier to access information, navigate, complete and upload essential information.

Exhibitors will find a wealth of information online including clear descriptions of their stand and services, Health and Safety forms and guidance on completion, a helpful timeline for completion and submission of required forms and an overview of all exhibition services.

A new development for 2020 is the ability for exhibitors to choose and book preferred time slots for build-up and break down, and to print passes. A new software system, Voyage Control, has made this possible, another step in easing potentially stressful times for exhibitors.
