Marine Oil Spill Response training is vital for mitigating pollution risks in the port environment.
During their most recent Marine Oil Spill Response training, APCL A&P Falmouth chose to use an 8x4m self-propelled ScaffFloat to undertake the vital course, delivered by their pollution specialist partners, Ambipar.
The ScaffFloat provided a spacious, stable platform for deploying booms and enabling participants to practice the crucial drills that, correctly enacted when the need arises, protect the finely balanced marine environment. The Marine Oil Spill Response training is approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).
