Simon served in the UK Armed Forces from 2009 to 2022, undertaking a diverse and operationally focused career that spanned explosive ordnance disposal in Afghanistan, Commando engineering, humanitarian and disaster relief missions, and later, complex counter-terrorism operations within a UK tier-one unit.
Following his military service, Simon led the UK Mission Operations team at Anduril Industries, where he supported the deployment of cutting-edge autonomous systems and advanced defence technologies across multiple domains.
He now serves as Business Development Manager at Saronic Technologies, driving growth and partnerships across the UK and Europe, and advancing Saronic’s mission to deliver scalable, autonomous maritime capability.
