MIT has announced the full integration of AtZ Marine Technologies, a trading division of MIT since 2015. AtZ will soon operate solely under the MIT name, phasing out the AtZ brand.
John Logue, MIT's Managing Director, said, "This integration is a significant step forward for MIT and our customers. By merging the AtZ and MIT brands, we combine our strengths and expertise to provide greater value and support. Our customers can expect the same high-quality service they have always received, now with enhanced resources and capabilities."
For the past few years, MIT's OEM-trained engineering team has seamlessly carried out AtZ's work, combining expertise in various areas, including dry docking projects, borescope inspections, Deckma service and calibration, shaft line repairs and overhauls, thruster and propeller servicing and repair, and project management.
Established in 1998 and acquired by MIT in 2015, AtZ Marine Technologies has been a trusted provider of propulsion diagnostics, repair, OEM spares and alternatives, overhaul, removal and commissioning, inspection and surveys, and consultancy services to ship operators globally.
MIT has bases in southern and northern England, providing comprehensive UK and Ireland coverage along with an established global mobile support service.
