Cardboard Mayflower 400

2020 sees the quadricentennial of the Pilgrim Fathers leaving for The New World, in other words it's Mayflower 400. Seawork will be helping to celebrate the 400-year anniversary with Seawork's third annual Cardboard Boat Regatta taking on the theme.

Come and take part as one of the original Leiden Separatists that took ship on the rechristened ‘Speedwell’ in Delfshaven, Netherlands, or a member of the wider band of Pilgrims that finally set sail from British shores via Southampton and Plymouth for what is now the USA. The Mayflower 400 Cardboard Boat Regatta will take place early on the evening of Wednesday 10 June – time to build your very own ‘Mayflower’
