CILT (UK) in new partnership with M&CCE Expo

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT(UK)) is to partner with M&CCE Expo (Marine & Coastal Civil Engineering Expo) which will be held 9-11 June 2020 in Southampton UK. CILT(UK) is the membership organisation for professionals leading supply chain operations for the movement of goods and people.

First established in 1919, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK is a registered charity and part of the CILT international family with over 33,000 members in countries across the world. CILT provides members with a platform to explore the critical issues of the day affecting them and their businesses.

Members of the Institute are involved in the management and design of infrastructure, systems, processes and information flows, and in the creation, management and continuous improvement of effective organisations. CILT’s Ports, Maritime and Waterways Forum (PMW Forum) aims to cover the interests of all those involved in waterborne transport both domestically and internationally.

Whilst being three very different areas within logistics, Ports, Maritime and Waterways are all vital elements of the supply chain; often overlooked in general logistics, without them most supply chains would not function. The PMW Forum looks at the holistic overview of how these sectors operate and interact with each other; including freight, trade, port, operations, passenger, cruise terminals and safety matters.

M&CCE Expo is an opportunity for a company to reach a highly targeted audience of Marine and Coastal Civil Engineering buyers and influencers with direct access to the marine and coastal civil engineering market, its innovations and people.

As a mark of support for the new partnership, M&CCE Expo is offering a preferential rate to CILT(UK) Corporate Members interested in exhibiting alongside the Institute. Call 01329 825335 or email commercialmarine@mercatormedia.com
