Viking Life Saving Equipment introduces the VIKING Norsafe Marathon 800 D at Seawork 2025 - see her on berth VB03. 

The Marathon 800 D is a next-generation fast patrol craft, developed in close coordination with elite defence users. Originally conceived to meet a discreet operational requirement, this platform is now being unveiled to a broader audience at Seawork 2025.

The 800 D features a forward-positioned Volvo D6 inboard engine, driving a DPI stern drive via a propshaft. This configuration enables a balanced center of gravity and true single-point lifting capability — critical for rapid deployment and retrieval from mother ships or airlift operations.

Designed for interception, special missions, coastal patrol and much more, this platform is currently gaining serious interest with defence operators worldwide.
