Mainstay Marine has announced the launch of its RIBWORKER 2.0 range, now fully compliant with Workboat Code 3 rulings.
Building on the legacy of the 1980s Ocean Dynamics RIBWORKER vessels, this revamped aluminium RIB range is engineered to deliver unparalleled performance over decades of demanding use.
The RIBWORKER 2.0 range offers a wide variety of design options that can be customised to meet clients' exacting requirements whether required for defence and security, offshore or inshore patrol, search and rescue, USV support, salvage, dive support, crew transfer, scientific survey, or commercial passenger trips.
The RIBWORK 2.0 designs prioritise passenger safety but, depending on activity, can also withstand repeated groundings and impacts, ensuring minimal downtime and maximising clients’ returns.
James Donald, Managing Director, stated, “The launch of RIBWORKER2.0 perfectly encapsulates Mainstay's vision as a 'Modern Yard for Modern Clients’. This vessel range combines quality, time-honoured methods with the elegance of sophisticated, contemporary designs and innovative operational capabilities. We look forward to moving this area of the business forward at pace”.
Charlotte Wood, Commercial Manager, commented, "Clients worldwide have consistently returned to us to upgrade their RIBWORKER vessels to our latest, more advanced designs. The enduring performance of these vessels, even after 25 years of rigorous use, is a testament to the exceptional quality of their design and construction".
