New partnership contract
Bridge and navigation systems solutions developer AMI Marine is to provide Hensoldt (including Hensoldt UK, formerly Kelvin Hughes) with VDR/S-VDR systems for its international clients.
The VDR (voyage data recorder) systems will carry the Hensoldt name, the latest in a series of collaborations between AMI Marine and a number of high quality brands.
The next generation VDR boasts a new real-time data display, increased storage capacity and user-friendly replay software functionality. A retrofit solution, the X2 VDR/S-VDR includes storage capacity up to 1TB, exceeding stringent IMO regulations which require 48 hours of storage.
A developer of both turnkey and bespoke solutions, AMI Marine’s range continues to expand with the evolvement of commercial bridge and navigation systems; providing a wide range of products to ship owners with a one stop chandlery covering engineer tools and safety products for both crew and vessel.
