New SeaTrak from NORCOM

Norcom Technology, established in 1986, is a software company specialising in development of systems for navigation and hydrographic survey.

Phil Harris, Managing Director, NORCOM Technology, stated, “SeaTrak has been in existence for many years now, but we have now made it Thames AIS compliant and are launching this new software here at Seawork.  We have incorporated additional information to make it very specific for operations in the Thames using both Hydrographic charts as well as charts from the Port of London Authority that are incredibly detailed in certain areas.  We have increased the ability to view the charts quickly by amalgamating the sets of charts.  We chose to launch this new electronic chart plotter at Seawork as it gives us access to the   small commercial craft market, so it is the most relevant exhibition around for us to attend.”
