Seawork is launching a new webinar series this November, bringing together leading industry voices to explore key issues shaping the commercial marine sector.
The first two webinars will cover the following:
Held in partnership with the Society of Maritime Industries (SMI), the first webinar will focus on Autonomy in Maritime, under the theme “Ports, Pilots and Platforms: Building the Digital Backbone for Autonomous Workboats.” This session will examine the infrastructure and data ecosystem that underpin discussions around Maritime Autonomous Systems (MAS).
Seawork will team up with Netherlands Maritime Technology (NMT) for the second webinar, which will explore circularity in the maritime supply chain. The session, “Circles of Life,” will take a deep dive into the concept of material passports and their role in supporting sustainable design and lifecycle management.
The series will continue into 2026, beginning with a collaboration with a UK government department, followed by a session hosted with the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).
Finally, the series will conclude with the “Make the Most of Seawork” webinar, led by the Seawork Commercial Marine Team. This session will guide participants through how to maximise their experience and opportunities at Seawork 2026.
This new webinar series offers valuable knowledge-sharing opportunities and practical insights from across the sector helping participants prepare for the innovations, discussions, and collaborations to come at Seawork 2026.
