The patented GIS4 is the latest Gas Inflation System developed by Seawork newcomer Leafield Marine.
Leafield Marine designs, develops and manufactures valves and inflation systems for a wide range of inflatable structures including life rafts, inflatable boats, marine evacuation systems and river rafts.
Building on a heritage of over 30 years of expertise and experience in manufacturing Gas Inflation products, the GIS4 utilises the same tried, tested and trusted principles of the original GIS that was first manufactured in 1992.
Ideal for use with complex Marine Evacuation Systems and other multi cylinder applications, the GIS4 system provides consistent, rapid inflation times, even on the largest life rafts.
The GIS4 system is suited for use in SOLAS life-rafts, Marine Evacuation Systems, RIB self-righting bags and buoyancy bag inflation offering size and weight savings over Leafield’s GIS and GIST operating head systems.
Leafield Marine first started designing and producing valves for inflatable boats in 1965. Since then, the range of products has grown to include valves and specialist inflation systems for many inflatable structures including commercial, leisure and professional applications, supplying many of the world leaders in these markets. Leafield currently exports more than 80% of its products to over 60 countries worldwide.
