Something to say? - deadline approaches

Something to say on Hybrid Propulsion or USVs? Don't miss the chance to present at the Seawork Commercial Marine Conference 2019 - the call for papers closes on 18 January.

All you need to do is submit an abstract of approximately 250 words to conferences@seawork.com and include a short synopsis of 50 words together with a speaker biography.

Hybrid Propulsion; With the ever increasing need to reduce operating costs and minimise fuel consumption, together with growing environmental and legislative pressures to bring down emissions, all vessel operators should be considering the benefits of embracing hybrid propulsion. Focussing on the future of hybrid propulsion within the commercial marine industry and open discussions on this drive for change. For more details please see 2019 Hybrid Call for Papers

USVs; Estimated at $US470m, the unmanned surface vessel market is expected to reach around $US1billion by 2022.
