Workboats to Japan

Marine Specialised Technology ("MST") has signed a contract with its Japanese Agent, URA, for 36 workboats. Deliveries will start this Autumn and be completed by mid 2020.

This latest success further cements MST as one of the global leaders in Inflatables, Rigid Hulled Inflatables and High Speed Workboats for the military and commercial markets and the importance of Seawork as a key event in the company’s international exhibition calendar.

Operating from three sites across the North West of England totalling 85,000 sq.ft., the company boasts ISO9001, ISO14001 and AQAP2110 accreditation and offers a complete aftersales service including spares, servicing, maintenance and lease contracts through its Fleet Services Division.

With these facilities available, MST will provide support to URA and their clients for many years to come and help strengthen the bond between two great leaders in their respected fields.

MST’s sophisticated 3-dimensional CAD engineering software, in-house naval architecture facilities and bespoke design service will ensure that the high-quality and durability of the workboats is maintained at all times and sets the bar even higher for future developments in the industry.
