Ashlin joined the Royal Navy Commercial Team in January 2020 from DSTL and has worked across a variety of commercial areas from highly innovative early TRL technologies and research, to major projects. In her day to day, she helps lead alignment of Navy capability needs with market realities, whilst supporting war fighting readiness, operational outcomes, and long-term sustainability, working across innovation and operations including within the Clyde. Specific areas of focus include complex programmes, innovation, supplier engagement, commercial strategy and supporting the implementation of the wider government strategic outcomes.
