Steve Marshall is the chair of the International Naval Safety Association’s Naval Boat Code working group. He has played a major role in establishing a safety code for naval boats that was adopted in 2020 and first pubished by INSA in 2021. Steve works for the UK MoD as the Naval Authority for Ship Stability & Hydrodynamics and co-ordinator of MoD boat safety certification.
