A quartet of high-value conference sessions at Seawork 2026 are now available to book, with each offering face-to-face insights and opportunities focused on real world issues in the commercial marine and workboat sector.
First up on the opening day of the exhibition on Tuesday, 9 June 2026 is Get Set 2050 – Lifecycle Emissions Accounting and Carbon Capture Technologies, with the session exploring emissions over the whole life of a vessel, comparing the total carbon footprint of new builds with retrofits, as well as the feasibility of onboard carbon capture systems and their interface with port-based carbon storage.
The following day – Wednesday, 10 June – will see three must-see sessions. Autonomy in the Real World – Uses, Savings and Setbacks leads the way, exploring where autonomy delivers real value, when and how it can be deployed safely and commercially, and the current state of its regulation.
Later the same morning Propulsion in Practice – Matching Systems to Operations will examine the long-term cost, reliability and efficiency of the growing number of propulsion options available, helping operators make practical decisions.
Operating for Offshore Wind in a Changing Market has an afternoon slot, exploring how vessels, ports and operators can further support offshore wind while remaining commercially viable.
With a Q&A segment and networking opportunities part of every Seawork conference session, these free events are often extremely popular and can quickly reach capacity – early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment! BOOK HERE
